Position Project / Program Manager (ICD10)
     
  • A Leading Healthcare Group is looking for a Project / Program Manager to lead the enterprise wide upgrade of ICD Codes from ICD-9-CM to ICD-10-CM . The Healthcare Group consists of multiple locations, medical groups and fully implemented EMR Systems and many applications and interfaces. The project is in its early stages.
  • The Group is looking for a Project / Program Manager that can take ownership through the entire life cycle, inception through complete implementation, which we anticipate to be approximately 20-24 months.
  • The Project Manager role will manage all aspects of the project creating project scope, functional specifications, creating the project plan and timeline, budgeting resource allocation (both external and internal), reporting to senior management, project testing and implementation.
    Requirements:
  • All candidates must have hands on experience implementing ICD upgrades and should have experience with ICD-10 nuances and regulations.
  • Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Past experience working with and leading teams of clinical, legal, regulatory, business and IT stakeholders is a must.
  • Experience with the EMR Software like PEIC and Cerner will be helpful.

Position Database Architect (SQL Server)
   

Responsibilities:

  • Review and architect DB to scale to 35 million lives (of health plans)
  • Review and redesign tables to accommodate claims data from health plans and billing info from Physicians
  • Review and redesign tables for encounter data
  • Review and redesign rollup and OLAP tables for HEDIS reporting
   

 

The person should have the following experience
  • At least 10 years of transactional database experience with healthcare data
  • Must have demonstrated experience in designing import routines

Position BSA - Business Systems Analysts (Clinical)
    Job Description:
  • The Business Systems Analyst key role involves the ability to analyze and translate business requirements to meet specific project needs. The BSA examines the existing business model, (processes and objectives) working with various levels of end users in the company to create the logical specifications for software/hardware systems that will provide a solution for the needs of moderate to complex clinical/business problems. The Business Systems Analyst performs the research necessary to create functional documents which will ensure that clinical/business application systems can be effectively developed and implemented to meet organizational needs.
    Major Job Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge and experience of healthcare / clinical business unit operations or
  • Ability to independently lead process improvement projects.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to easily adapt to rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in health care business solutions preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills and be able to develop a positive working relationship with assigned stakeholder.
  • Ability to present information effectively.
    Experience:
  • Minimum seven 5 -7 years’ experience as an Analyst in a clinical environment. Registered Nurse experience is helpful but not necessary.
  • In-depth experience with process re-designs methods and tools.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in process re-engineering.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Visio, Simulation (Prototype applications), Microsoft Outlook, Document Management Systems (SharePoint, TFS 2010)
    Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with the DMAIC framework preferred.
  • Home health or Hospice experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Federal/State rules and regulations, accreditation standards, and other regulatory requirements governing home care.
  • Stays abreast of regulatory changes impacting industry.
    Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems required or equivalent related work experience.

Position Epic Consultants / Analysts
     
  • We are looking for EPIC Consultant / Analyst with one or more module experience.
  • PIC Resolute, PB, HB, Claims, EAP/CDM, MyChart/MyHealthonline, Tapestry, Care/eMap/Worx/SCM, HL7, ICD10
  • We already have a team in place in the project. We are planning to add the above consultant in the project team.

  • Consultant can work onsite /offsite remotely, however, they may need to be on site from time to time as requested.
  • A Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Certification is desired.
    Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
  • Experience with data repository design and maintenance and database administration and complex reporting analysis as typically acquired in 6 to 8 years.

  • Thorough understanding of hospital inpatient, clinic outpatient operations, and/or financial software along with understanding the technical environment of product lines for which they are responsible.
  • Strong technical skills in report writing and reporting tools required, such as Oracle, SQL, Crystal, Business Objects or other reporting tools.
  • Ability to be involved in multiple projects at the same time.
  • Good organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and deliver quality service.
  • Work closely with health care application users, vendors, and technical professionals.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner.

  • This position owns all the clinical business logic and accuracy of clinical guidelines within SmartCare 360
  • Document clinical algorithm requirements and data flow diagrams
  • Develop conceptual framework based on industry experience and client requirement
  • Perform tactical activities such as writing of requirements documents, release role out and other organizational readiness activities.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships with third party data enrichment products
  • Establish requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Serve as a SME and point of contact for all healthcare related content
  • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
    Qualification:
  • Extensive knowledge of the of healthcare industry quality reporting standards, P4P, ACO, technology trends and the competitive field of health plans, with Stars and HEDIS measures specifically preferred.
  • Balanced business, clinical and technical knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaboratively partner with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to professionally network with a diverse group of executives, managers, and customers, as well as systems and industry subject matter experts.
